Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
Plan and deliver projects up to $10M in value
Lead project delivery teams including Site Managers and CA's
Manage project budgets, procurement, and cost control
Oversee contracts, variations, and progress claims
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Ensure OHS compliance and attend regular site meetings
Manage project completion, defects, and DLP
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
Degree or diploma in Construction Management (or equivalent)
Must have experience delivering commercial or residential builds up to $10M
Proven background as a high-performing CA or Junior PM
Strong commercial acumen and risk management capability
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and cost tracking software (e.g., CHEOPS)
Driven, energetic, and takes full ownership of project outcomes
