Lead a Landmark Commercial Project in Glen Waverley
Valeo Construction Group is an established, dynamic and trusted commercial builder known for delivering high-quality projects across Melbourne. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on an exciting commercial apartment development located in Glen Waverley.
This is a full base-build project, requiring end-to-end management from site establishment through to completion. You’ll play a key role in driving the build forward, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety remain front and centre.
Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
Monitor construction timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved
Implement and maintain high safety standards (OH&S compliance)
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications
Report to the Project Manager and liaise with stakeholders as required
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing commercial base builds (start to finish)
Strong subcontractor management and leadership skills
Solid construction knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent communication and site coordination abilities
Ability to read and interpret construction documentation
White Card and relevant construction qualifications, trade or degree qualified
