You’ll oversee all aspects of project delivery – from planning to handover – working closely with a hands-on, supportive leadership team. This is a high-impact role offering real autonomy and the chance to make your mark on a local landmark project.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Full project lifecycle management – scope, schedule, cost, quality
Lead communication between consultants, clients, trades & authorities
Manage subcontractors, site teams & compliance processes
Report on progress, risk, and financials to senior management

5+ years PM experience on commercial or residential builds from $5M–$10M+
