Position Overview
Based in South Melbourne, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing plans and campaigns, strategies, and reporting. This role exists to drive brand awareness and stimulate demand for Valeo Construction Group’s services, along with a forward focus on the business’ vision.
Reporting directly to the Company Director, and working closely with all department teams, you can work in an agile way and manage both short-term and long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Brand and Campaign Management
- Responsible for the strategy & execution of the marketing function at Valeo Construction Group
- Ensure our brand’s voice is consistent and compelling across all marketing channels
- Database management and
- Drive brand awareness and validation for Valeo Construction Group
Digital Marketing and Content Creation
- Manage end-to-end marketing activities across; events, content, social media, PR, and marketing operations with an emphasis on photographic/video content
- Handle ongoing optimization and creation of social media posts
Visual Design
- Work independently to design marketing materials, website visuals and other media
Marketing Calendar Management
- Build comprehensive marketing programs that deliver growth for Valeo Construction Group’s target customer segments
- Work closely with the executive team to cross-functionally execute joint initiatives
- Set Marketing objectives and execute plans
- Plan and oversee the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives
Data Analysis & Strategy
- Measure and report on marketing initiatives and impact
- Analyze data to understand our stakeholder requirements and the overall effectiveness of our campaigns
- Budget control
- Communicate the marketing roadmap and operating rhythm to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback for the purpose of evaluating prioritisation and approvals
- Designing both internal and external marketing collateral
Events and Public Relations
- Organize and manage events and internal workshops
- Establish collaborative relationships with employees, stakeholders and construction related professionals.
